RETURN OR EXCHANGE
*Returns and exchanges from online purchases must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of merchandise and sent to 6816 Anthem Rd. Midland TX 79706
B Twisted will not accept any returns or exchanges past the 15-day deadline, no exceptions.
*Any merchandise that is returned to us within our deadline is eligible for store credit only. A store credit will be issued within 5 business days of return.
*Any store credit that is issued will not include the cost of shipping
*All items received as returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in smoke-free condition. Any exceptions will be refused. All tags must be intact. (This condition does not apply to items at come without a tag).
*Any item that is listed as Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange. If a final sale item is returned, it will be forfeited. No exceptions
*After adding a promotional code to an item, the item is then considered a SALE item and is only eligible for a store credit.
*Purchases made during special promotions (Black Friday sales, etc.) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
*We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return or refuse a refund based on the returned condition
*The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of exchange shipping, except in circumstances of defect
*If you suspect that you have received a defective item, please email us photos to btwistedCS@gmail.com of damage within 48 hours from the date of receipt and indicate ‘Defective’ or ‘Damaged’ in the subject line. Include first and last name on your account, order number and name of the product. You should receive a response within 24 hours, M-F during business hours.
*Defective items will be exchanged for the same exact item. If this item is unavailable, store credit will be offered, no exceptions
*Items that are RECEIVED with: broken buttons, broken snaps, holes, inoperative zipper, or stains are considered defective. Defective items DO NOT include: a difference in beading patterns, loose strings that may be cut off, wrinkles or creases, sizing issues, details not laying flat, etc.
*We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern through electronic analysis, we may restrict or refuse future return or exchange transactions from such customers.
